For the first time in a long time, there were no new COVID-19 cases to report in the tri-county area, according to Monday’s update from the Indiana Department of Health.
Statewide there were 139 new cases over the weekend.
There were no new COVID-19 deaths in the state.
The number of COVID-19 patients in hospitals around the state is down to 392, according to the state’s coronavirus dashboard. The last time the census was that low was in early July of 2021.
