Bremen Public Schools Lifts Mask Requirement

Bremen Public Schools lifted their mask requirements in the schools after the Marshall County Health Department lifted the requirement last week.  It will be optional for students and staff to wear masks.

Masks must be worn on school buses as it remains a federal mandate.

Bremen Public School Superintendent Dr. Jim White stated that several residents have been opposed to the mask mandate since it was put into effect last fall and continued to voice concern during the school board meeting last week.

The John Glenn School Corporation and the Plymouth Community School Corporation are also following the guidance of the Marshall County Health Department and giving students and teachers the option to wear masks in school.  Again, masks must continue to be worn on school buses and other public transportation.
