The Bourbon Town Council members will hold a public hearing concerning a new water plant when they meet tonight.
The council members previously approved a contract with Wessler Engineering to assist with the plans for a new facility. Company officials are planning to provide more information to the public tonight.
The members will also consider a contract with Chuck DeWitt for zoning and code enforcement for the town, and a resolution for CPR devices. An Intergovernmental Agreement will also be reviewed, along with a signatory authorization resolution, an acceptance resolution, a declaration to reimburse expenditures, and a tax abatement request.
Clerk-Treasurer Kim Berger will present an EMS building update request, a Baker Tilly rate analysis, and a well #1 pump update. Utility Superintendent Roger Terry will provide job description changes for the council’s consideration.
The council will also review a request on a proposal to vacate South Washington Street.
The Bourbon Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight at the Bourbon Town Hall at 104 E. Park Ave.
