Argos Community School Board Considers Salary Changes to Administrators, Directors

The Argos Community School Board members reviewed changes to the salaries of administrators, directors and secretaries when they met Monday night.

Superintendent Ned Speicher said this is one of the last groups to go through a review for raises.

“We looked at – depending on people’s performance, a three to four percent increase for next year for our principals, and our secretaries and our directors,” said Speicher.  “It’s keeping in line with the raise the teachers got at the beginning of this school year.”

The school board approved the adjustments with a unanimous vote. The raises will take effect in July of this year.
