PLYMOUTH — Plymouth Fire Department (PFD) Chief Steve Holm updated the Plymouth Board of Public Works that two individuals submitted applications for the Fire Fighter / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position. He will be moving forward with interviews and will administer the written test.

Chief Holm received no applications for the Paramedic Position. He requested that the board allow him to continue that search.  He also requested the board’s approval to seek bids on a new Fire Chief Vehicle. Funding for that has already been approved and was included in the 2022 budget. The board approved both requests.

Applications for the paramedic position can be found online at plymouthin.com. Paper applications may also be picked up on location at the Fire Department located at 111 North Center St., Plymouth.
