A Bremen man was arrested Sunday, January 23 after officers allegedly found drugs in his home during the execution of a search warrant.
Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Bremen Police Department went to the residence of Kevin Lee Dillon in Bremen just after 8:30 p.m. ET where they conducted a warrant service and executed a search warrant in the 1,000 block of W. Plymouth Street. Police say Dillon had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of theft and resisting law enforcement and was at the residence during the search.
K9 Diesel from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and K9 Taro from the Bremen Police Department were utilized during the search of the home, according to the report. Officers reportedly found suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
Dillon was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia, along with the active warrant.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
