The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will consider action tonight recommended by Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds on properties at 2550 N. Michigan Street and 1808 Hillcrest Avenue.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present an agreement for grant administration and Labor Standard Services for the River Park Square Improvement Project. Surrisi will also ask to issue prepay checks for two parcels on Hoham Drive.
The board members will consider two requests to make payments on utility bills, and one request to reduce a meter size. They will also review requests for the St. Michael Church Holy Walk and the closure of Michigan Street for the holiday parade.
Surf Broadband representatives will also request utility work permits in the right-of-way for two upcoming projects.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The city council members will review updated job descriptions and hold a discussion on updates to the ADA transition plan. They will also review an Executive Order for the Riverside Commons building permits. A resolution for the purchase of handheld radios for the Plymouth Fire Department will also be presented for consideration and approval.
Both meetings will be held in Council Chambers room on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those planning to attend the meetings should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
