A North Liberty man was arrested Thursday, November 18 after the Plymouth Police Department investigated a call about a possible impaired driver.

Officers learned that a person was driving a vehicle in circles in the Walmart parking lot before striking a light pole around 10:30 p.m. ET, according to the report.  Police say a man was found inside the vehicle passed out behind the wheel.
