Another 27 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the local area, according to Tuesday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.
There were 20 new cases in Marshall County, four new cases in Starke County and three new cases in Pulaski County.
An additional 59 people in the state have died of COVID-19 from September 29 to November 8.
The COVID-19 vaccine is available to Hoosiers 12 and older, and a pediatric vaccine is available to children 5-11. Those who are 65 years of age and older, and those 18 and older who live in long-term care settings, have underlying medical conditions, or live in high-risk settings are eligible to receive booster dose.
