The John Glenn School Board members will meet tonight where they will open a public hearing concerning the superintendent’s contract.
The board members are expected to approve the proposed Master Teacher contract. They will also consider raises and updated salaries for the Certified staff and administrators, as well as Classified staff raises and the Non-Certified wage schedule. An update to the Non-Certified Staff Handbook will be reviewed for adoption.
The purchase of a new dishwasher for John Glenn High School and two new 78-passenger school buses will be up for approval.
Superintendent Christopher Winchell will give his regular report to the board, along with the four building principals.
More public comment concerning the school’s mask requirement will be heard by the board.
The John Glenn School Board will meet at 7 p.m. ET tonight in the Walkerton Elementary School Cafeteria.
