A groundbreaking ceremony is set for Tuesday, November 2 at 10:30 a.m. ET for a new housing development in Plymouth.
Riverside Commons will feature a combination of townhouses and apartments at the corner of Baker Street and Richter Road.
This is a Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative project granted by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs, in partnership with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
The housing development will be constructed by Easterday Construction Co, Inc.
