A Plymouth man was arrested Friday afternoon after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.
Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the scene at 2862 Miller Drive where the driver of a vehicle struck another vehicle and left the scene, according to the report. Police say an investigation led officers to the residence of 30-year-old Andrew Hayes where he was offered a chemical test and arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Hayes has since bonded out of the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
