The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will hear from Mike Reese from The Troyer Group when they meet tonight concerning the Hoosier Old Wheels playground project and trail request in Centennial Park.
The board members will also consider a request to block parking spaces by the REES Theater, and ratify an executive order to place a dumpster in the West Laporte Street parking lot.
Department heads will give updates as necessary.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight, followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The Plymouth City Council will hold a public hearing concerning a tax abatement request from B&D Realty Holdings LLC, doing business as Complexus Medical. A resolution that would adopt a declaratory resolution designating certain real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area will be up for approval later in the meeting.
The council members will also consider an ordinance on second and third readings that addresses appropriations and tax rates for 2022.
Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers room on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting in person should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
