Signs to help direct visitors to the Trails at Mill Pond in Marshall County are complete and will be put up soon.
Marshall County Parks and Recreation Department Board Secretary Deb VanDeMark said Highway Superintendent Jason Peters brought the completed sign to her and she officially unveiled it during the park board meeting Thursday night. The green reflective informational sign was made by the company used by the highway department.
The signs will be posted by the parking area at the Trails at Mill Pond and some smaller versions will be posted near the area as well.
The claim for that purchase $170.63 which was approved to be paid for with donations given toward the Trails at Mill Pond.
