A Monticello man was arrested Friday evening after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call about a suspicious person in the area of State Road 10 and State Road 17.
Police say an investigation led to the arrest of 23-year-old Kalab Morgan for a preliminary misdemeanor charge of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle. He was later released from custody after posting a $250 cash bond.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Culver Police Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
