The Bremen Town Council members reviewed additional paperwork concerning Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
Town Attorney Anthony Wagner explained that the town council members adopted a resolution at their last meeting that concerns the Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan, but there are other resolutions that go with this original document.
As a result, the council members unanimously passed a resolution that reappoints Trend Weldy as the ADA Coordinator.
Additionally, Jones, Petrie and Rafinski officials have been helping the town with updating documents pertaining to ADA Standards for Accessible Design and the Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way. The council members also unanimously approved a motion to approve a resolution related to those documents.
Those resolutions will be filed along with the council’s other ADA required paperwork.
