Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department are attempting to find the driver of a reported hit-and-run accident Saturday evening.
Deputies were called to the scene in the area of 1st Road and Redwood Road in Teegarden around 6:30 p.m. ET where an older silver SUV with a square body allegedly hit a pedestrian and continued traveling eastbound. Police say the vehicle could have been a Chevy Tahoe or similar model.
The pedestrian sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
