A Plymouth woman was arrested Friday after allegedly fleeing the site of an accident.

Plymouth Police Department officers say 25-year-old Katherine Elizondo-Paz was allegedly involved in a crash that occurred at the intersection of W. Jefferson Street and N. Michigan Street in Plymouth around 3 p.m. Friday, July 30.

The vehicle was later located.  Elizondo-Paz was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while never licensed and failure to stop after a crash.  She was later released from the Marshall County Jail after posting a $255 cash bond.

The Plymouth Police Department was called to South Fifth Street around 6 p.m. ET Sunday, August 1 after reportedly receiving a call about a man standing in a front yard yelling.  When the officer arrived at the scene, the officer was met with “physical force” by the suspect, 26-year-old Jonnie Sanchez, according to the report.  Sanchez was arrested on preliminary charges of battery to law enforcement and public intoxication.  He was later released from the Marshall County Jail after posting a $1,505 cash bond.
