A North Manchester man was arrested Monday night on several charges after a two-vehicle accident in the area of U.S. 30 and Lincoln Highway in Plymouth.
The accident occurred around 10:18 p.m. ET where a Plymouth woman was injured in the accident, according to a report from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. She was transported to the hospital with a complaint of pain.
Police say the driver of the other vehicle, 25-year-old Aaron Isbell of North Manchester, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Isbell faces preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an ACE of .15 or higher, operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within seven years, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by Plymouth Fire and EMS, and Lyons Towing.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
