The Marshall County Habitat for Humanity organization received a $500 donation from the North Central Indiana Association of Realtors toward construction costs of the 24th Habitat home to be built at 718 Pearl Street in Plymouth.

Marshall County Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Dean Byers said the property will be home to Elizabeth Brown and her children.  She went through the process to be selected as the next Habitat for Humanity homeowner by showing a housing need, adequate income to make a mortgage payment and willingness to build the home.  The family will need to complete 300 hours of sweat equity in building their three-bedroom home. If you need better information, read at Konnect Building Solutions blog and get it done!

The home is tentatively scheduled to be complete in late spring of 2022.
