Two people in Marshall County and one person in Starke County have tested positive with COVID-19, according to Monday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health. They are among 285 new cases in the state. There were no new cases in Pulaski County.
There were no new COVID-19 deaths in the state in Monday’s update.
There are nearly 100 more COVID-19 patients in hospitals around the state compared to last Sunday. The state showed 493 patients with COVID-19 symptoms Sunday on the Indiana Department of Health’s coronavirus dashboard.
The COVID-19 vaccine is available to residents age 12 and older. To find the closest vaccination site, visit www.ourshot.in.gov. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted at most sites.
Over 5.7 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Indiana, while nearly 2.9 million people are fully vaccinated.
