Three More People Test Positive with COVID-19 in Tri-County Area

Another 497 people in the state have tested positive with COVID-19 which includes two people from Marshall County and one person in Pulaski County, according to Monday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health. 

There were no new deaths reported. 

The number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 symptoms increased dramatically last week.  There are 200 more people in hospitals throughout the state than at this time last week.

According to information from the Regenstrief Institute, nearly 10,300 people in the state are actively fighting the coronavirus. 

The COVID-19 vaccine is available to residents aged 12 and older.  To find the nearest vaccination site, visit www.ourshot.in.gov.  

Over 42 percent of Marshall County residents are fully vaccinated while 41 percent of the population in Pulaski County is fully vaccinated.  Nearly 34 percent of the population in Starke County is fully vaccinated.
