Suspected Meth Dealer Arrested following Plymouth Traffic Stop

A suspected meth dealer was arrested Monday, following a traffic stop in Plymouth. Plymouth Police say they conducted a traffic stop near Western Avenue and Council Drive around 4:00 p.m., with the help of the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team.

Officers say the vehicle’s passenger, Chris Marks, 38, of Bremen was arrested on suspicion of dealing methamphetamine, obstruction of justice, and possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia. Police also arrested the driver, Josh Heitlage, 37, of Nappanee. He’s accused of driving while a habitual traffic violator and possession of marijuana.
