Tonight’s Plymouth City Council meeting starts at 6:30 in the Plymouth City Building, following the board of works meeting at 6:00. Bids are scheduled to be opened for this year’s street and sidewalk projects, and board members will consider a proposal for a quarterly HVAC preventive maintenance program.
