Marshall County D.A.R.E. Winners Announced

Three Marshall County D.A.R.E. students were recently honored for submitting winning essays at their schools.

The Bremen Public Schools’ D.A.R.E. essay winner is Cooper Stevens, son of Tim and Nicole Stevens.  The Plymouth Community School Corporations’ winners are Sarah Christiansen, daughter of Kurt and Pamela Christiansen, and Vivy Miller, daughter of Craig and Lisa Miller.

The students were presented with a $100 check from D.A.R.E of Marshall County from their D.A.R.E officer.  Their names will be added to plaques at their schools. 

Sheriff Matt Hassel noted in a press release that not all schools in the county were able to participate in the program this year due to COVID restrictions.
