A Lakeville man was arrested Thursday, July 1 after a personal injury accident.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department officers say the accident happened just before 3:30 p.m. ET in the area of 3rd Road and Nutmeg Road. The vehicle involved reportedly left the scene of the accident. Following the accident investigation, officers later located the suspect vehicle, according to the report.
Tyler Ramenda, 27, was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident and unauthorized entry of a vehicle.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
