Six More COVID-19 Cases Reported in Marshall County

Another six COVID-19 cases have been reported in Marshall County, according to Friday’s update from the Indiana Department of Health.

Marshall County’s seven-day all-tests positivity rate is currently at half a percent. Starke and Pulaski counties’ positivity rates are around two percent for all tests, but significantly higher when limited to unique individuals.

Starke County continues to lag behind the rest of the local area when it comes to the vaccination rate, and the local area lags behind the state as a whole. Just over 40 percent of Marshall and Pulaski County residents age 12 and up are now fully vaccinated, while Starke County is still under a third. Vaccine information can be found at ourshot.in.gov.
