The Marshall County Recycle Depot will host its annual summer shredding event Saturday, June 19 from 8 a.m. to noon ET.
Marshall County residents are welcome to present confidential documents for shredding at the Marshall County Recycle Depot at 1900 Walter Glaub Drive in Plymouth.
Officials at the facility will not accept trash, mail, cardboard, spiral or vinyl notebooks, magazines, or newspapers during this shredding event. All documents must be removed from all binder clips, but staples may stay intact.
Business shredding is free up to 100 pounds. It is 15 cents a pound after that. Shredding of documents for municipalities is free.
Recycling and household hazardous waste disposal will also be available that day.
