A Flash Flood Watch is in effect in La Porte, Marshall, Pulaski and Starke Counties through Saturday morning.
Periods of heavy rain can be expected Thursday night through Friday night with two to four inches of rainfall forecast. Locally higher amounts are possible.
Flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas could occur as well as ponding on road surfaces. Do not drive through high water.
