A Plymouth man was arrested Sunday, May 2 after an investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
A call was made to dispatchers where the caller claimed that a man was destroying his house in the 7,000 block of Plymouth-Laporte Trail in Plymouth. When officers arrived at the scene shortly before 3 a.m. ET the suspect reportedly fled the scene. He was later found in his car on 6B Road off of Plymouth-Laporte Trail, according to the report.
Police say the driver, 32-year-old Brandon McClain, was offered field sobriety testing and then later arrested on preliminary charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, and intimidation. He has since posted a $1,505 cash bond.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
