Another Marshall County resident died of COVID-19, according to Tuesday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.
Eleven other people in the state have died of COVID-19 between May 21 and May 24.
There were 525 additional cases of COVID-19 in the state in Tuesday’s report with three cases in Marshall County, one case in Starke County and one case in Pulaski County.
To date, a total of 2,876 COVID-19 variant cases have been reported in the state.
Residents aged 12 and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, but only the Pfizer vaccine is available for those under the age of 18. To make a vaccination appointment, visit www.ourshot.in.gov or call 211.
Over five million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Indiana. Over 2.4 million people are fully vaccinated.
