Another 12 COVID-19 Cases Reported in Marshall County

Another 12 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Marshall County, according to Saturday’s update from the Indiana Department of Health. Starke County had another eight, while Pulaski County had one more case. The state as a whole reported almost 1,200 new cases and five new deaths.

The local area continues to trail the state as a whole, when it comes to vaccination rates. The percentage of residents age of 16 and up who are fully vaccinated is up to 33.8 in Pulaski County, 32.1 in Marshall County, and 25.1 in Starke County. Statewide, that rate is over 35 percent.
