Three Plymouth Residents Arrested by Plymouth Officers in Separate Incidents

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department recently arrested three Plymouth residents in three separate incidents.

Dylan D. Mata, 25, was arrested on active felony warrants out of Marshall County Friday, April 2 following a traffic stop at the corner of U.S. 30 and Oak Road in Plymouth, according to police.

In the early morning hours Saturday, April 3, an officer from the Plymouth Police Department was notified of a possible break-in in the 800 block of Lincolnway East.  Police say a window was broken and subjects were engaged in a physical alteration.  After an investigation, 20-year-old Isaiah Batta was arrested on preliminary charges of battery and criminal mischief and taken to the Marshall County Jail. 

Just before 9 p.m. ET Saturday, April 3, a Plymouth officer responded to a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of North Michigan Street and Goshen Road.  According to the report, the driver was later located and identified as Damian Clark.  He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a crash and an outstanding warrant out of Fulton County. 

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
