The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members opened demolition quotes Monday night for the property at 412 W. Garro Street.
Four quotes were opened. Chain of Lakes Services, LLC submitted a $15,000 quote, Langfeldt Excavating, LLC had a $10,600 quote, Beaver Excavating submitted a $11,750 quote, and Jackson Demolition Services submitted a quote of $12,500.
The board members approved a motion to allow Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds to review the quotes. The quote will then be awarded to the lowest responsible contractor.
