Plymouth Man Arrested after Allegedly Leaving the Scene of an Accident

A Plymouth man was arrested Sunday afternoon after reportedly leaving the scene of an accident.

Plymouth Police Department officers and emergency responders, along with lawyers for auto injury claim were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident just before 5 p.m. ET Sunday, March 7 at the intersection of North Oak Drive and U.S 30.  Prior to the arrival of the Plymouth Police Department, officers say a red Honda passenger car involved in the accident left the scene.  The vehicle was reportedly located a short time later on Pidco Drive, east of North Oak Drive. The driver, identified as 23-year-old Guadalupe Solis of Plymouth, was taken into custody and taken to the Marshall County Jail. According to the report, Solis has preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a crash, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment with a BAC more than .15. The 18 wheeler accidents attorneys said that the losses are yet to be analyzed, and if found, the losses should be compensated.

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
