A North Judson man was arrested Saturday night after a traffic stop in Argos.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy conducted a traffic stop at the BP gas station in Argos around 7:30 p.m. ET where officers allegedly found three grams of methamphetamine, six grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia inside James Hurt’s vehicle.
Hurt, 47, faces preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
