Additional COVID-19 Deaths Reported Locally

Another person in Marshall County and one more person in Starke County have died from COVID-19, according to Thursday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.

The total number of deaths in Marshall County now totals 106.  It is up to 52 in Starke County. 

Twelve more people in Marshall County and one more person in Starke County have been diagnosed with COVID-19.  Pulaski County did not have any new cases in Thursday’s report. 

The Indiana Department of Health announced 922 additional cases in the state and 32 more COVID-19 deaths.

As of Thursday, over 1.2 million people in the state have received the first dose and 771,091 people are fully vaccinated.  In Marshall County, 7,190 people have received the first dose and 4,990 are fully vaccinated.  In Starke County, 3,258 people have received the first dose and 1,814 people are fully vaccinated.  Pulaski County reports 2,422 people who have received the first dose and 1,643 people who are fully vaccinated.
