The Argos Community School Board will meet tonight where they will first attend a ceremony where the state runner-up boys soccer team will be presented with rings in the Varsity Gym. The ceremony begins at 7 p.m.
Following the ceremony, the school board will meet in regular session where the members will consider the 2021-2022 school calendar, along with the 2021-2022 Crossing School services agreement instructional report, and the administration, director and leadership contracts and compensation. The extra-curricular compensation amounts for the next two school years will also be reviewed.
Additionally, the school board will receive information on K-12 student technology devices, review educational material fees for the next school year, adopt a JESSE Cooperative agreement, and decide on a resolution on expanded paid sick leave. Several NEOLA policies will be up for first reading. An instructional report regarding the requirement for substitute teachers will also be discussed.
