In order to serve more residents with the COVID-19 vaccine, officials at the Saint Joseph Health System are moving the Saint Joseph County vaccination clinic to the SJHS Mishawaka Medical Center at 5215 Holy Cross Parkway in Mishawaka. The Plymouth location will remain at the SJHS Plymouth Medical Center.
Walk-ins cannot be taken at this time. Residents ages 70 and older, along with healthcare workers, long-term care residents and first responders, can schedule appointments at https://ourshot.in.gov or call 211. A photo ID and an insurance card should accompany patients to appointments.
Since December, SJHS has partnered with the state to vaccinate the growing list of eligible residents. In the first 43 days the vaccine was available, 11,745 people received their first dose and 3,207 people have received their second dose and are fully vaccinated.
