The Plymouth School Board members will meet in a special meeting tonight where they are anticipated to choose a candidate to fill the vacant West Township seat.
Todd Samuelson held that seat for 24 years before leaving it open for the next candidate on December 31.
Following the selection of the next school board member, the oath of office will be performed and the full school board will move on to other business matters on the agenda.
The board will consider the advertisement for roofing bids. Upon advertisement, sealed bids will be accepted at the Plymouth Community School Corporation’s Administration Building until February 22 at 10:30 a.m.
The Plymouth Community School Board will meet at 7 p.m. tonight in the school’s Administration Board Room at 611 Berkley Street.
