Plymouth School Board Chooses New Board Member

The members of the Plymouth Community School Board recently interviewed seven candidates to fill the West Township Seat on the school board and a candidate was chosen Wednesday night.

Superintendent Andy Hartley said Chastity Keller, John Eiseman, Cindi Andrews, Tom Flynn, Larry Curtis, Nicole Christy, and Keri Karris submitted letters of interest for the seat previously held by Todd Samuelson.  Samuelson left the vacancy after 24 years of service on the board.

Ultimately, the board chose Nicole Christy to fill the seat.  She was given the Oath of Office and took her seat on the board.

The board then unanimously approved a motion to advertise for bids for a roofing project.
