
A Plymouth man was reportedly found to be driving under the influence after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department dispatchers received a call that a vehicle that went off the road.
The call came in around 10:17 p.m. Monday night and officers responded to the area of Michigan Road and First Road. When they got there, police say 26-year-old Cesar Quintana Jimenez appeared to be intoxicated. Results of a chemical test reportedly showed Jimenez to be three times over the legal limit to be operating a vehicle.
Jimenez was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a motor while intoxicated with a BAC .15 or higher.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
