The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will be opening annual bids for fuel and street materials when they meet tonight.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will also have one request for work in the right of way on Pioneer Drive and contractor questions on a replacement of Comcast service.
Department heads will give the board members reports as necessary.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m.
The Plymouth City Council members will consider the transfer of appropriations and the transfer of encumbrances when they meet tonight. They will also review a resolution that allows the transfer of appropriations in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund and a resolution that allows the transfer of funds to the Rainy Day Fund.
