Marshall County saw an increase of 73 positive COVID-19 cases in Sunday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health, Starke County had 29 new cases, and there were 11 new cases in Pulaski County. Marshall County has had 3,636 positive cases since March, while Starke County has an overall total of 1,141 and 546 in Pulaski County.
Those cases were a part of the 6,678 new cases in Sunday’s report which cover a time from October 27 to December 5. The total number of COVID-19 cases in the state since the first case in March is 381,617.
Another 34 people have died for a new overall total of 5,944. None of those deaths were reported locally, but they span from November 19 through December 5.
