Four more people have died of COVID-19 in Marshall County and two more COVID-19 deaths were reported in Pulaski County, according to Tuesday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.
The state reported 124 deaths Tuesday that range from November 19 to December 7. The total number of residents in the state who have died of COVID-19 is now 6,109.
Another 5,457 people in the state have tested positive for COVID-19 including 28 new cases in Marshall County, 16 new cases in Starke County, and 10 new cases in Pulaski County.
The number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 is on the rise once again. Tuesday’s statistics show 3,250 patients, an increase of 36 from Monday’s report.
