The Town of Bremen and the Town of Bourbon are encouraging residents to take part in decoration contests for the holiday season.
Residents in Bremen can vote now through Christmas Day on the best displays in the business sector on Plymouth Street in Bremen. Several businesses are taking part including Lifestyles Furniture and Home Décor Consignment, Dairy Queen, Bremen Belmart/BP Station, H&R Block, Lochmandy Chevrolet Buick, TMT Automotive, Netters Restaurant, Baker and Company Insurance, Johnny’s Tip Top Barber Shop, B Healthy, Miller Insurance Group, Clean & Classy Pet Spa, Edward Jones (on Plymouth Street and North Center Street), The Lebermuth Company, Bremen Theatre, Buds, Mrs. T’s Bakery, Yoder’s Hardware, Hooples, The Wooden Peel, and Mean Bean.

The first three places will receive a cash prize.
In Bourbon, residents are asked to contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s office at 574-542-4755 to enter or nominate a favorite decorated home in Bourbon. Judging will take place on Tuesday, December 22 at 6:30 p.m. The four top homeowners will get a prize.
