Two Additional COVID-19 Deaths Reported in Pulaski County

Two more people have died from COVID-19 in Pulaski County, according to Sunday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.

That same report lists eight more people in Pulaski County who have tested positive for COVID-19 pushing the overall total to 253.  Starke County had eight new positive cases for an overall total of 628, while Marshall County reported an additional 50 positive COVID-19 cases for a new cumulative total of 1,961. 

Pulaski County’s seven-day positivity rate in unique individuals is 13.1 percent, Starke County is at 20.5 percent and Marshall County’s rate is 24.3 percent. 

The new positive cases are part of the state’s 4,689 newly reported cases in Sunday’s updated dashboard.  Another 36 people have died raising the total number of COVID-19 in the state to 4,383. 

The Indiana Department of Health is reporting the highest number of hospitalizations to date at 2,070.
