Total Number of COVID-19 Cases in Marshall County Now Over 1,200

Another double-digit increase in COVID-19 cases in Marshall County has pushed the total case count to 1,209.

Twenty more COVID-19 cases were reported in Marshall County in Tuesday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.  Starke County had six new cases for a new overall total of 346 and Pulaski County’s total case count remained at 124. 

The Department of Health announced that an additional 1,569 residents in the state have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and another 27 people have died from COVID-19. 

Local health officials encourage people to wear masks when out in public, wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at a time frequently throughout the day, and be socially distant.
