The Indiana Department of Health announced Thursday that 1,488 additional residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and another 16 deaths from the virus.
Marshall County now has 1,105 cases with 16 new cases in Thursday’s report from the state. Starke County now has 306 total cases of COVID-19 with nine new cases in Thursday’s report. Pulaski County’s case count remains at 117. Several new tests are being reported every day in all three counties.
Patients are in varying stages of fighting the virus and recovering from the virus. Thirty-four people have died from COVID-19 in the tri-county area.
