Two more Starke County residents and four more Marshall County residents have tested positive for COVID-19, according to Monday’s report from the Indiana Department of Health.
Starke County’s total number of cases is 289 while Marshall County’s total case count is 1,072. Pulaski County remains at 116. La Porte County reported 34 new cases in Monday’s report for a total there of 1,687.
An additional 835 people in the state have been diagnosed with COVID-19 which raises the total number of cases to 125,976. According to statistics on the Regenstrief Institute’s website, about 84 percent of those with COVID-19 have recovered while 13 percent are actively fighting the virus.
Seven more Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19.
Over two million tests, including repeat tests for some individuals, have been reported to the Indiana Department of Health since February 26.
